I receive PRUNE flowers as a gift from my husband, prepaid for six months. The presentation is always beautiful, and some of the blooms arrive fresh and lovely. However, in every delivery there are also flowers that don’t look as fresh. For the premium price, I was expecting more consistency. Just received my flower ordered by my partner. The presentation was good as always however it’s always Hit or Miss. The shop sometimes has gorgeous, fresh flowers, but other times I’ve received arrangements with blooms that weren’t very fresh. Consistency could be improved. See pictures - some petals are already yellowing … a bit disappointing
The shop itself is beautiful, but the service is a nightmare. Every time I’ve gone in, there’s never more than one other customer, yet the staff are consistently rude and unwelcoming, not even a simple hello. On my last two visits, they actually served people who walked in after me. They don’t even look up to see who’s waiting, so the whole experience feels chaotic and unpleasant.
