I cannot express how frustrated I was with this place. The lack of responsiveness is astonishing. No matter how many times I called different days, different times I was met with silence. It’s unacceptable that a simple question had to be addressed in person because they wouldn’t answer the phone. When I finally drove there to seek assistance, the front office staff was anything but accommodating. Great easy parking. There are plenty of spaces just feet away from the door. Staff is knowledgeable, bilingual, and professional and both quick and efficient. Dr. Pruna has the best bedside manner, spends all the time you want and need to listen to you, and answers all your questions all while educating you on your symptoms, conditions, and walks you through how to treat them successfully.
