Not terrible but wouldn’t recommend. My mom has been here for 2-3 years and she’s getting worse and worse. I call her and she complains about some nurses not being nice. When I visit the smell is horrible. They don’t clean under her nails. Her face is always dirty. Some of the nurses are nice but I personally don’t like the facility and the cleanliness
The nurses and c n as at this, rehabilitation center. I'm very kind. I haven't had any issues thus far. The facility needs to be updated. You can tell it has been here for quite some time. They keep it very clean. It's just the bathrooms and patients equipments are outdated. Other than the I would have given it 5*
I love being a part of Pruitt Health.Great place to work and I have an incredible team who strives to provide excellent care for our residents. I couldn't ask for a more supportive environment and a fabulous company to be a part of!
My mother loved it there. Food delicious, medication given and staff nice and friendly! Would definitely use them again.
