it stinks. its nursing staff is horrible. hateful. very noncarinG people. these poor elderly people are neglected. they get left in the bathrooms for hour or more at a time. RUDE
The housekeeping staff and therapy staff is the best. The nurses and CNA’s are rude, and I’ve seen people go DOWN entering into this place! I’m shocked they are even still open. The place is clean but the medical staff sucks
Nurses take great care of my mom
my father was discharged from the hospital to this facility to receive physical therapy so he could regain strength. They kept him there for the 20 days Medicare would pay for the. sent him home with absolutely no discharge instructions, no home health set up. Needless to say, he did not receive the therapy he needed and is in far worse shape .
My mother has had a very positive experience throughout her 20 day stay for physical therapy. The facility is clean and she has been very well cared for by all staff. Highly recommend.

Don’t let anyone you know go here. It’s all fancy and nice but that about the extent the nursing staff is awful. My grandmother needed to be feed. I took her lunch on Wednesday asked them to feed it to her with her sandwich it was in same spot when I went back. She was marked as feeder but they didn’t have time to feed her for crowding up up im all having a good time. Also, when I went back they wanted to know if I would be dropping in??? Needless to Say she is back in hospital!
