Lazy nursing staff! There were a few CNA'S and RN's who actually cared and showed empathy towards my grandmother and family. The day she was admitted she sat in her feces for an hour after my mother asked the nurse to change her. The nurses response was, "Let me get the aid". The nurses rely on the CNA's to do everything. They act as if they are above changing a dirty brief or turning their patients. The one request we made was to keep my grandmother's arm elevated.
