I highly DO NOT recommend putting your loved ones here! They will NOT be properly cared for! Despite the beautiful building this place needs to be investigated and shut down! Call lights go unanswered, tests lost, wrong meds given, or not given at all and rude and hateful nurses who seem to be bottom of the barrel picks! Lunches and supper brought with no cutlery and one night brought with one pc of fish and nothing else! The guy down the halls call light went off for two hours after he had fallen off the bed and his wife fo... read more

We begged them to protect my mother from falling, from the very beginning of her stay, but they didn’t. They even placed things out of her reach sometimes - things like her water, glasses etc. She ended up falling while trying to reach something. Her injury was minor but she died two days later, presumably of a blood clot that no one attempted to prevent. Someone wrote COVID on her death certificate. She had been placed at Pruitt by a local hospital because she had COVID, but recovered about 1 1/2 months before she fell out ... read more

Awful place. Night staff is horrible. Left my husband in feces for a while. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My father was a resident here for a few weeks, and began having symptoms of hypercapnea and no one noticed! After my father passed, we had to call several times to get his belongings. His items were crammed haphazardly into boxes (along with papers belonging to a different patient!?). Two separate items weren't returned. I had to call 3 different days in order to get his special made table, and then someone stole his cell phone. Do NOT trust these people with your loved ones.

This place is the worst! My grandmother went here for rehab after a back surgery she had. First, we had an issue with contacting her. We could not get through to any of their phones and they did not have any care or apology for that once we did get through, and then said we could not talk to her since they were “in shift change.” Second, she complained about her leg bothering her and having no feeling for multiple days. Her foot turned purple, so they claimed they would do a circulation test & then didn’t. This was a Saturda... read more

My father-in-law went in to recover and get therapy after a fall with a broken femur. He was sent to the ER and subsequently admitted to the hospital after a few weeks here. He is suffering from dementia symptoms brought in by extreme dehydration and an infection. He fell twice while there (he’s a known fall hazard) and was left on the floor calling out for help. Based on the the other reviews here, I think the standard of care is worse than what you’d do for your worst enemy on the worst day during regular times. But, durin... read more
