If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a loved one recovering from an extended hospital/rehab assignment from an infectious disease with over 25 pounds of weight loss. Every time I come out to see an appointment since July 26 they are re-baselining, violating protocol with making their own clinical diagnosis and lacking engagement/action. They completely lack focus and discipline to execute a therapy session against plan to rehabilitate a patient. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My father is currently in hospice and supposed to be in their care yet they are now going on 48 hours without getting him pain medication. I would have never had them take care of my family if I knew how awful they are with communication within their own organization and with their patients. They had only one doctor who has left and now scrambling to sign prescriptions so we are stuck without his pain meds. I was a patient of their home wound care for approximately one year. I thought everything was going well. Overall, my nurses were nice, helpful, and professional. We worked together very well. However, while I was just in the hospital for 2 weeks, I was dropped from their service. I didn't receive any notice. I found out from my Case Manager at Duke Raleigh Hospital when she contacted them to reinstate my service upon my release.I feel as long as we were together, I should have received some form of notice.
