PruittHealth @ Home is the best. One day before my surgery I didn’t have home health therapy set up. One didn’t cover my county and the other one I did not want. I reach out to Tracey on a Sunday and she got the ball rolling. When I came out of surgery on Monday everything was set up. I got great therapy help when I needed it. I will definitely use them again when I have my other hip surgery.
My cousin and uncle used PruittHealth Home Health Services for physical and occupational therapy at a local assisted living facility. Joseph, PT, was so patient and kind. After my cousin met her goals and discharged, she said she would never want another agency. She loves Pruitt!
PruittHealth @Home is a wonderful Home Health provider. They provide excellent care and offer Nursing, Physical Therapy and Speech. If you need care don’t hesitate.
Pruitt home health is the worst: didn't notify me when they had Covid positive employees come into my house. Secondly as an in network provider they dumped when BCBS wouldn't allow the difference to billed to us. My opinion is don't be in a rush and shop around this place is a scam. They did not care about my well being or outcome.
Most disorganized bunch of nitwits, this operation is not concerned about patient outcomes. The administration believes they know more about your insurance policy then the insurance company and disregards doctors orders. Plus when they have a positive covid infected employee who has been in your house they keep it to themselves, and not tell you have been exposed. Definitely shop around there are better rated facilities around.
