Do your love ones a favor and do not use this company. They are the worst very unprofessional all they do is give you the run around. Every time I call in no one seems to know anything then they are quick to say we will have a manager or the owner call you then you don’t hear anything from anyone. It’s been like this January. They have completely lied to me and wasted my time. Here we are in almost April I’m still waiting for a call from the owner
This is the worst home health agency for African Americans. Very unprofessional and NOT pleasant. Do not use this agency if you are African American.
