Very disappointed with PruittHealth @ Home. They were supposed to provide in-home physical therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing care after my family member returned home from rehab. The physical therapist was great, but that’s where the positives ended. The nurse repeatedly scheduled appointments and then showed up 3–4 hours late or didn’t show up at all, often without any communication.
