Pruitt Home Health has been a disappointment. The PT doesn’t show up after confirming next appointment. And sends no text about the change until you try to find out where they are. OT within minutes of arriving asks my husband to raise his arms up which is against protocol! He had no idea what surgery he was recovering from. The nurse was exceptional. PT/OT were nice people but communication is lacking. Last minute changes to their schedules could be poor management.
