BEWARE the mother made multiple mistakes on our returns had to amend them THREE times! After going back multiple times she had the daughter amend our taxes AGAIN come to find out they never sent anything in to SC or NY for our taxes. These people are frauds who just want to take your money and not do their job. Need to retire!!! Also lied to us about speaking with an IRS friend about our taxes in which the IRS said they don’t appreciate, since they never had any records of her speaking with anyone from the IRS. Horrible tax service. Cussed me out when I called multiple times. Just a heads up return for federal was rejected ok. Didn’t know until I called and asked. Now couldn’t pull up state. Called DOR and they stated it has not even been sent to them! Then called Pruitt no answers no calls for two weeks and now being cussed by owner. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! They still can’t provide that the confirmation return has been sent!
Absolutely LOVE these people! So nice! Had my taxes done and good to go in no time. They made sure to get me all the breaks I qualified for, and I got my return back in less than 2 weeks. Defiantly will be going back next year! 😊
