These guys are great!! I have had them service my home for years and couldn't be more happy with the professionalism, quality and the A+ service they have provided each and every time! I would recommend Pruitt to anyone wanting honest, quick and professional service for a very great price!
Excellent service! – The office called to let us know when the technician was on the way, and he got there well within the time frame given to us. He told my husband everything he was doing with our furnace, and cleaned up around the unit in the attic. He explained how to operate and program our programmable thermostat, and even cleaned around the outside unit. Great technician, and a great experience all around.
So Much For Service! – Ok my air stops working due to lack of service. I call these guys and they send out a tech that has twenty-two years experience. They come out and tell me they need to clean the system due to lack of service. They clean the unit and replace the filter; the charge is nearly two-hundred dollars. I didn't mind the charge even though they charged me seventy-five dollars for a can of chemical cleaning spray. A couple of days later the air conditioner stops working. I give them a call.
