My husband and I having been going to Dr. Earp for some twenty odd years. Dr Earp and staff, from the very beginning, have been kind, courteous, and respectful. They have become friends, the kind of friends that you recognize in a restaurant, or on the street, or Bojangles and always bring a smile to your face. The new lady is awesome she makes you feel comfortable even when you getting teeth pulled out your head. I got to say I love music and it has always helped me get through alot and it was music that I love. Dr. Earp is always on point and a cool guy 😎 he even knew some of the songs and artists.
Always a great experience. Anxiety was high coming in for 3 extractions! Made me feel comfortable before even beginning. Talked me through every step asking how I was all along the way. Hands down, best staff all around!!
This is the ONLY dentist I've been to that I didn't have to wait 1 hour plus past my appointment time to be seen. The hygienists and support staff are friendly, caring, and efficient. My first evaluation and treatment plan was dedicated to identifying and solving problems, not trying to upsell me on expensive procedures of dubious benefit. The "vibe" is relaxed and pleasant because the providers are experienced and efficient.
I'm in my 70's and have lived in 3 states and 6 towns/cities so I've had many dentists in my life. Dr. Wagner is the most thorough, trusted conscientious and pleasant dentist I have known. Thank you for taking such great care of my dental needs!.... I thought this note was posted from my last visit. Todays visit was also '5 stars'...
