I'm really happy with the service I received from Pruitt Brothers Carpet Cleaning Service. Terrance came out and let me know he was running a bit late because of traffic, but he kept me updated, which I appreciated. He was very friendly and acted professionally the whole time. I needed some carpet repair and stretching after it was damaged from water. Terrance also checked the wood under the carpet and made sure to take care of the mold issue. i have used Pruitt Brothers Carpet Cleaning Service for carpet cleaning and they were really great to work with. very knowledgeable and did amazing work! after i found out my basement carpet was soaked because of a flood while i was away, Preston and his crew were the first people i called. i reached out at 10 p.m. and he showed up the next morning at 10 a.m.! his fast response stopped more damage to the basement carpet, saving us time and money. he worked with the insurance adjuster from start to finish and made a tough sit... read more

i've had them clean my carpets many times over the years to get my rental homes ready between tenants. the regular carpet cleaning jobs always turn out great. even in tough situations, they've worked wonders and saved my carpets, so i didn't have to replace them. that's a big help for my budget. their cleaning method also dries much faster, so there's no long, wet, smelly wait like with other companies. it makes moving in new tenants much easier. i only use them and plan to keep calling them for carpet cleaning.
