Have used services a few times. Last time took well over an hour to determine the problem was what I told them (gas stove). I was expecting them to fix it but they said they can t find a part. Never called me back as to why it took so long to determine the problem.

I own a business in Topeka and they have repaired my washer/dryers twice - very inexpensively and quickly.....highly recommended
I paid a \$25 deposit when I brought my micro wave to Pruitts for repair. The total bill was a reasonable \$54 for parts and labor but the \$25 was not applied to the total. I mentioned most places apply the deposit to the repairs but the lady at Pruitts said. "Well we don"t.
Pruitt appliance has always been courteous and prompt. Their technicians are first rate!
