Pruett & Associates performed my inspection for my home loan, and everything came back good. Then right before closing apperently they had filled the paper out incorrectly. Their complete incompetence more than likely has pushed my closing date back. Going over the details in the inspection gets even worse. One of the listed problems is a puddle on a concrete patio, but who know maybe he slipped on the ice.
