They backed their work that was done a year ago. The technician did really good at diagnosing the problem. The service manger understood the situation and backed the work and made things right. The technician is extremely knowledgeable. He went through the steps efficiently and with high quality work! Thanks Pruett Air Conditioning!!
I would’ve given five stars but the installer scrapped my old unit without asking me. I had planned on scrapping it and some others I had. That just seemed kind of shady.

Tony in service dept in Eastman is great in responding to your calls as well as explaining in detail their findings. Tony sent Drew out to repair our AC that went out in 95 degree weather of course! Drew was great! Very knowledgeable & he has a great personality, had us cooling in no time. A real pleasure dealing with a great group of professionals!
