I wasn't home, but my husband was and Jason did an amazing job relaying everything to me over the phone. He got us up and cooling in a matter of an hour. He didn't try to up sell us like other companies that we have had to deal with and the price was reasonable. We will be updating our ac in the next couple of years and I will most def let Pruett put in our new ac.
I called these wonderful people on a Saturday at 5pm becuase the AC went out in my new home. The temperature was climbing by the minute. they came out within the HOUR and repaired everything quickly and efficiently.
