Okay After having a couple of different companies come to our house to fix the AC, we decided to go with Pruett. We had installed a new unit by ourselves and wanted them to double check the wiring and such. They did, said it was good, and it broke down a month later. They had to come out two more times to fix the thing after that.
A fuse blew in my inside unit. Another company came and troubleshot for hours. Narrowed it down to replacing 2 items in the outside unit and wanted $450 to replace them. I called Pruett to get a second opinion. Jeremy Clark came right out and found the problem in 2 min. The other company was wrong and it ended up being a wire melting inside the outside unit. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I will use them again.

This may sound odd, but I haven't used Pruett. I'm giving you a 5 star rating to compensate for a lady who accidentally gave you a low rating and was unable to correct it. She got your name mixed up with another company. *Google should have a way to edit these reviews, but they don't. She feels badly about it and said you were professional and kind. I hope this helps. So yesterday my AC went out and with this hot Ga weather you can understand why I wanted this to be fixed fast. So I called Pruett and the Lady on the phone was very helpful and polite. She had a technician out to me within 2 hrs of calling and the problem was solved in less then 1 hour. I am so appreciative for your excellent customer service and for coming out so fast.
