Most expereinces with health care "professionals" are lousy, right?, they show up late, treat you like cattle, keep 'em moving, make the money, who cares about the patient experience, next! But, here, I was warmly greeted by the reception staff, who were all personable, bright & cheery (unlike most such folk who look like they'd rather be dead), and the Doctor was on time ( how often does THAT happen, huh?) .
