Joe came out to service the unit for winter. Very kind and told me exactly what he was doing (since I was hovering), checked the inside unit and pressures on the outside unit to make sure it was all working correctly in heat mode. Will definitely renew my yearly service.

Though a bit pricey, it secured me accurate and powerful repairs that I wouldn't have even known to attempt. In that way, it was worth every penny.
