Joeseph was extremely nice, explained everything thoroughly and did a quick, fantastic job fixing my AC!!!!!!
They get right back to you, they fixed the problem, and they let you know up front the cost. Very good company!
The drain on the condensation pan was blocked causing the safety switch turn the thermostat off. They cleaned the line and restarted the unit. Very pleased.
First tech they sent identified some issues and tried to fix them. However, we didn't feel like our problems got addressed so they sent out a second tech, Joseph. Joseph's communication was great and he seemed to have found and fixed the problem.
