The roof installation was done on time and quickly, no issues there. You did, however, contract work to someone else for a portion of the work and when that turns out to be incomplete/incorrectly done you simply blame the outside contractor. I payed you and my expectation is that all issues are dealt with. It's been almost 2 years I've been messaging and calling you to get this fixed and now you flat out ignore me. I'm tired of the run around. I hope this write up gets your attention.
Prudential Roofing, provided me with very detailed roof reports over the years which documents damages associated with wind damages, wear & tear etc.. Prudential Roofing has always been available to help at the worst possible times. Work is always completed in a clean, efficient manner. Keep up the great work!!
