Looking at property in Coeur d' Alene, Shay was very attentive and easy to chat with on the phone. I am still deciding if I want to have a vacation home in Coeur d Alene, but I was very impressed with how frankly Shay spoke to the pros and the cons of living in Coeur d Alene. I was really happy I was able to talk to him as he has found a couple of homes I didn't see in the MLS.
Shay came highly recommended to us and we couldn't be more pleased. We had a tough first round trying to get our house sold and Shay was helpful through it all. We'll be putting out house up for sale this spring and can't wait to have Shay guide us through the process.
