RC Susie is unprofessional, non-communicative and went so far as to hang up on me when I asked for an update on a transaction. I had previously referred clients to her as well...they were NOT happy with her whatsoever. You would think since she's the broker/owner of the company she would be competent, "on top of things" and professional, but she is not! AVOID THIS AGENT!
