Tracy and Kayla Travers were so amazing to work with in selling our home. To be able to sell a home in the rainy season is not easy but they made it happen. They were so friendly and down to earth and extremely quick to respond. They make you feel like their only client when you know they are juggling sooo many more. Highly recommend! I had a great experience with realtor, Kayci Rebal with selling a relative’s home from an estate. Kayci was present for every need to prepare the home for sale since I live out of the area. The home went pending in a couple weeks with two competitive offers! I would not hesitate to recommend Kayci. Professional, present and made the home sale happen quickly.
I am truly sad to leave this review. Martin Hoshaug from Riley Jackson Real estate in Montesano, is by far the worst agent we have ever encountered. We would have made a deal for a home except for his negligence in writing up the contract when he was instructed to by the owner. We called him several times and never received a call back. I had a bad experience with Paul Strawn, the owner of Riley Jackson. First, he backdoor his own Agent Mrs. Franzen and took her listings from her. These were new home listings in Westport WA. He had no problem jumping over his own, elderly female broker and cutting her out of sales. To be specific- Mrs. Franzen has represented me for years. Once Paul had an opportunity to make a buck, he jumped on it and cut out his own employee.
