Jim and Vickie have come to our rescue on more than one occasion. They went above and beyond for us in both selling my in-laws' Laguna Niguel home and helping us find a renter for our Laguna Hills home while we are away for the year. They are both caring, honest and hard-working people with top notch knowledge of real estate in Southern California. They will always be our first call whether buying or selling.
Avoid at all costs. They will trash your neighborhood weekly (yes, weekly) to make $$$$$$$ off desperate sellers. Have some very basic decency, ethics and professional standards & respect people's homes and privacy. So many real estate pros in this extremely crowded field. Step 1: seek someone who doesn't contribute to more trash & pollution. Their "marketing" upsets our entire street & community & has the exact opposite effect driving sellers to their competition.
