We had a valuation scheduled with Diana Vine at our residence at 6pm 8/22. She was a no show. I called her cell a half hour after she was supposed to arrive. It rang out into voicemail. Left voicemail. Next day someone from the office called with an absurd excuse & to ask for a second chance. No thanks. First impressions say a thousand words. No call, text or email stating she wasn’t going to make it. Absolutely unprofessional & rude. I took time off work to be there. There’s plenty of other realtors in the area
