Great company that will schedule a walk through with you but rent the property out before you finish a 4 hour drive. Poor service

My, my where to begin...When my husband and I moved in he put in a number of requests about things that needed to be repaired. He did this online. Come to find out requests had been deleted by them without our knowledge and they didn't respond to the online request. We have to call them and then follow up call them to make sure they are doing their job. A request was put in for the water softener and a guy came and looked at it for a few seconds and didn't say what was wrong with it and left. About a month later, with no war... read more
