My Mom died on 11/28. I submitted the paperwork for an insurance claim in early December during the holidays. I went to the website and filled out all the online / direct deposit information. It's going to take a month to get the death certificate it's going to take another 2 weeks to get paid for the life insurance policy these people can't seem to do anything to help me get this done faster
