The entire brokerage probably doesn't deserve 1 star, but considering the listing agent on our (now cancelled) housing contract worked for them, it needs to be stated. Nancy Ruf was incredibly misleading, dragged her feet on communication, and ultimately screwed over my family on a new construction we had been under contract for close to 13 months, with only a foundation to show for it.
