For the past 3 months I've been trying to delete my personal information from their website. I've called, got ticket numbers, been transferred, been hung up on, etc. This is an ongoing issue. Legally I should be able to request my information be deleted from a site I no longer use with no issue. This is not the case with Prudential. Even Starbucks with its backwards way of doing it allows you to delete your information.
If this is the corporate office, someone needs to fix the 1-800-PRU-HELP customer service line! The phone system is horrible, bad menus and no clarity on the phone lines to hear representatives! The online access doesn’t work well either!
