I had an urgent repair needed on a job site and not only did Mike find the part (older part) but he had someone out to do the repair first thing in the morning before workman arrived. Honest feedback, going the extra mile, and exceptional customer service. Can't say enough about Prudential. Good people and great service.
Nick Bahou was AMAZING!! HE arrived early; was friendly & professional & fixed the problem in no time at al! Nick was even very sweet to my little dog!!
Really thankful for Prudential Electric. They came through when we really needed them. Having no power in 100 degree weather was a big challenge, and the idea of not having power overnight even more so. Mike came out, diagnosed the issue, and even taught me some things helpful to know as a homeowner. Really grateful for their service, and will certainly be calling them again if another issue arises. Thanks for taking care of us!
Nick was outstanding, thank you!
