This time last year I was referred to Christopher Jones by an amazing plumbing company. This company’s customer service was so stellar that I didn’t second guess their referral of Mr. Jones… first mistake. Mr. Jones came to my home with a young apprentice and I thought how amazing… he told me the paperwork that I was signing basically gave him permission to speak to my insurance company and submit documents… second huge mistake. Please do not use this company. There is another review that says the owner of this company, Chris, is a liar and a thief and I could not agree more with this statement. He will come in and act like he knows the ins and outs of all things construction and insurance claim related, but he does not. He is a con-man. He will NOT complete your project and will take all your money and run. Beware!!!!! Owner is rude and negligent!!! Doesn't even deserve the 1 ☆ rating I'm forced to give to type out a review. Total of 6 months wasted & little to no work was completed. Worst company I have EVER worked with. RUN.

He will appear as if he’s professional and upstanding… but he will steal your money.
