I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a big thank to Candace, the supervisor. She was amazing throughout the whole process of helping me with the declaration of loss for a cashier’s check. Super patient, kind, and really went out of her way to make things easier. Thank you so much!
Horrible staff. I came to this branch about 3 times and all for different reasons. Last visit was today 5/24/25 and the lady Teller was not professional and incompetent. The first thing she told me when I explained the reason I was there was suggestion to go to another branch. When I asked why should I go to another branch while all branches should have the same access to information, she couldn't answer and at the end couldn't really help. I’m not sure what the teller’s name was that I encountered around 1140 this morning March 29, 2025, she was very rude. She slammed my check back up on the desk to me and then proceeded to ignore me like I wasn’t there. I am most certainly going to go above and beyond to report her and it won’t be to the branch manager. I’m going above him or her to report her. My experience at this Fulton branch today was less than pleasant. There was a single teller - last name Kitt. Upon my arrival, a teller behind the counter was having a loud conversation across the room with her coworker who was seated at her desk. The teller (last name Kitt) seemed irritated when asked to assist, had poor grammar, and overall presented an oddly off-putting attitude when requested to assist with a simple matter. So I was told to bring my check here to cash it but because I’m not a member they wouldn’t cash it …. And the whole vibe is off in there I would never go here again nor try to become a member which they didn’t even offer me. Rude and ghetto .
