Offered NO Financing, or Price Negotiation of any kind, Straight cash/bank check for Full Inflated Asking Price, plus taxes, title/registration fees, and processing required for closing. Overpriced, when compared to "excellent condition" KBB estimate because the vehicles OEM 24Kw battery has just been replaced free @ local Kia Service Center under warranty.. Seller didn't seem too helpful...emails were one & two word replies, then I was told to "contact me to set up an appointment" in which I replied "I'm contacting you now, what do you mean??". However, I work abnormal hours which fell outside of their business hours, which they didn't really seem to want to accommodate saying my credit wasn't good enough but....I have two Audi's, an A5 and A7 both with excellent payment history but, ok lol???? This dealership offered a vehicle on cargurus and all the accessories it had. They failed to mention prior to my appointment that had me drive over an hour to see the hummer that there were issues. There was service light on the dash and the headrest DVD system did not work plus 3 lights were out in front.. Mo sent me sarcastic text messages because I expected things to work on a vehicle I was considering to purchase. I think for the price you expect things to operate as they should. Dealer answered all my questions and was ok with 3rd party inspection but the vehicle sold before I could arrange inspection.

Moe, aka Alan Gitiforooz is a liar. He claims he is part of a large chain and just an employee. There is no chain and he is the owner. After he refused financing with Capital One we grew suspicious and tried to run a car fax on the vin listed on our bill of sale. Surprise the vehicle listed does not exist. When we called him out on his fraudulent bill of sale he said he would not refund our deposit because we left him a bad review. This dealership stole my $500 deposit check. I have filed a complaint through the BBB. They took my deposit, then would not work with any of our lenders we got approved with. Moe is the man we worked with. I believe he was using a fake name. He told us they had locations all over the US. He also told us a few times that he had to check with his headquarters.
