Andy, along with his mentor, Mark, was totally responsible for my wife and I being able to retire comfortably when we did. We got good advice and good products and good services. Great returns, no worry, and got us a brand new car, something I hadn't had since 1972. Work with Andy, he will work with you. Andy also has access to Medicare advice and planning.

This is not directed toard Andy Ehrman. It is to Prudential customer "outsourcing" service. I have spoken with customer service on 3 occasions in the past 3 weeks. Each time I was given incorrect or lacking information. I was told I have to pay off a loan to start a hardship withdrawal for a primary residence. After doing so and applying for the Hardship in was told I could not request a hardship without ha ing a loan.
