Steve was amazing in helping us get our house and was absolutely phenomenal working through the process during COVID-19. Always professional and responsive, any time I had a question he would respond within an hour. We told him what we needed for our house and the price range he wanted. He never pushed us into anything we didn't want or couldn't afford. I loved working with him throughout the process!
Steven Usle is the most unprofessional, dishonest real estate professional I’ve ever worked with. Whether your buying or selling, steer clear. His shady business practices are downright shocking.
My purchase of my home could not have happened if not for Steve. He went above and beyond during the process which turned out to be complicated due to the divorce of the owners. Several delays did not discourage him and he ensured that I was not worried. He made it happen and I could not have done it without him. I am grateful.
