I had the pleasure of working with Chris at Prudent Property Management while renting a lovely apartment in Tiburon for a year and a half. Throughout my tenancy, Chris was consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly prompt in addressing any emails or concerns I had. We rented through Prudent Properties for nearly two years, and the experience was fantastic. Chris and the team were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. When we had heating issues in the apartment, they were proactive in arranging repairs and even offered us a hotel stay to ensure we were comfortable. When it came time to move out, we left the apartment in the required condition and had no issues getting our deposit back. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent service!
