The team from Prudent Homes did an amazing job on my old attic.There were many issues with an attic that had been neglected for decades.They sanitized it, sealed vulnerable areas, insulated it and were able to do it all at a fair and reasonable price. I received a detailed quote that itemized the work as well as an explanation for everything that needed to be completed.They were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Prudent Homes to anyone looking for help with their insulation and remediation needs.
We had a wonderful experience with Prudent Homes. We hired them to clean out and re-insulate the attic, and their attention to detail was wonderful. Furthermore, they were above and beyond, helping us to reinstall the floor after they had taken it to seal the joints below. They even extended the floor to give us extra room for storage. They worked nonstop from 7 AM till 6 PM. Edgar, The project manager was phenomenal and David, the owner, was extremely helpful.
We had an excellent experience with Prudent Homes! They removed our old insulation, sealed the attic, and installed new fiberglass to improve comfort throughout our home. The owner, David, was professional, thorough, and transparent—his quote was fair, and he promptly answered all our questions. His crew (Eduardo, Yonathan,and Samuel) were polite, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. Quality work at a fair price—highly recommend!
Do not recommend this company!! 0 stars We hired this company for our insulation needs in the crawl space over the garage. They came out and sprayed so much that it expanded so much and damaged a water pipe which in return caused a leak. About a week later we noticed the water mark on the garage ceiling. My husband had text Dave the owner and he said it must be condensation from how hot it’s been outside.
