David S. and his crew did an excellent job of insulating my attic and crawlspace. I was very impressed with their knowledge and communication. after taking out the old insulation, they disinfect it, put in an air seal application and rodent barrier, and insulated expanding polyurethane foam to all pipes and other locations. They sealed open chase with hardwire mesh, installed blown in cellulose insulation in our main attic, and use cellulose spray for crawspace. It was a major job that went well. David S. and his crew did an excellent job of insulating my grandmother’s attic and crawlspace. We were very impressed with their knowledge and communication. After taking out the old insulation, they disinfected it, put in an air seal application and rodent barrier, and installed expanding polyurethane foam to all pipes and other locations. I almost never leave reviews but that is how much I loved working with Prudent. David and his team were the best - they came highly recommended by my home inspector and I can definitely see why. David was very communicative - took his time to explain step by step what his team was going to do and sent many progress photos on the way. His team helped take care of 3 attics and 1 crawlspace for me and they were able to finish in such a timely manner. I was quoted over $10,000 by a pest control company to deal with a mouse infestation in my attic (including removing old insulation and installing new one and fill any gaps in the attic). Wanting to explore other options, I found Prudent Homes. David came by for a free inspection and quoted me half of what the pest control company wanted to charge.
