BEWARE Do not let them have your card on file. They will CHARGE you 53% just to reschedule. They don't tell you this until the day you have to reschedule. I have sent the owner a message to contact me for this in hopes we resolve it. It is absurd. We weren't told this nor is it written on their website. The girl I spoke to on the phone was Elizabeth. I've been a client here for years. Roz is fantastic! My hair has never felt better and I get so many compliments on the overall look and health of my hair, I currently have highlights. The have an array of services offered and the Aveda products are absolutely great. Highly recommend this Salon in the Heart of LA Mesa.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Terrible salon. Horrible customer service. Over charge you for a service you didn't even get. Dye was left on my hair for 1.5 hours, toner for over 40 minutes, and the water was ice cold. I was charged for a balayage service when I just had full highlights done, and after requesting an itemized receipt, I found billing errors. The owner eventually refunded the overcharge. I came in this weekend for a pedicure. A promotion was being offered and I had never been here so I decided to give it a try. I was immediately greeted and offered coffee or tea upon check in, which was nice. My nail tech took me back to the pedicure room promptly. Unfortunately, the setup was a bit different than what I had hoped-there was a plastic basin on wheels in front of a lounge chair with a “massage” mat on it. The massage mat did not even work.
