Ordered nets for a race over two weeks in advance. Said they'd ship next day on the site. I call myself to see when they'd be here, they said they weren't in stock and not even made yet, when the website said they would ship next day. Absolutely screwed me over for my first dirt race ever and now I have to scramble to not let a dozen people down that are apart of this. Will never recommend or look at their stuff again. Terrible customer service, poor representation, and no fix offered from a giant company.

This used to be a first class company! I needed window nets for a race car. Long story short and wasted hours of time. I finally received them and they were both different. I sent them a template that worked for right and left.

I have used many different seat covers in the past - nothing comes close to these! They did cost more, but most of the time you get what you pay for. Loosened the seats to help in install but did not take them out. They look like factory leather. 2022 Taco.

Superior Customer service, supporting superior products. They are welcoming into the retail center, maintain a large selection of sample seats to test and compare, and are ready to help spec/design seats.

Jonathan from PRP is the most helpful and understanding associate. He has now helped me on 3 different occasions and I am automatically relived when I get him. He goes above and beyond to help where he can to get you the answers you need . If you ever need 10/10 service ask for Jonathan .
