Great company and products with outstanding customer service.
Overall, relatively horrible . . . .
Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. PRP Seats is completely stuck in their ways, offers a surprisingly limited material selection, and refused to accommodate a simple layout and pattern request. When you ask for a custom product, you expect a team willing to work with you—not a rigid brick wall. Horrible service and a terrible experience. I’ll gladly take my money to a company that actually cares about its customers.
This experience has been awful. Took over 3 months to get seats and they came in damaged. They refunded the rush shipping charge. Customer service is ridiculous and wont even respond now.
6 months of ownership. Honestly, they are heavy duty lawn chairs with awful seat cushions . They’re 300 dollar seats being charged at a premium coz of name brand. So disappointed
