Super helpful management, very quick and receptive to needs! Reasonable rent prices too Francesca was lovely to work with and was very kind and attentive to my needs as a tenant, overall I had a very positive experience living there!
I have been a tenant with PRP management for 10 years. That says a lot in itself. Phil is a wonderful landlord. His staff is friendly and professional. Always prompt with repairs. If I wasn’t buying my first home I would still be renting from PRP management. I have had a couple other landlords in the past and nothing compares to how wonderful this company and owner are. If you want to rent from an awesome company with wonderful owner and staff, then this is who you should rent from!!!
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and the management is great! Things are always fixed fast if something is wrong in the apartment which is rare really, the neighbors are great everybody is really nice and it’s super affordable! Especially in today’s economy lol
They keep good care of their spaces and their team is swift to respond to issues in the building and things such as missing keys. Parking isn’t always guaranteed but if you’re a student it’s not a huge concern.
I’ve rented for many years, and renting through PRP has been great compared to other landlords I’ve had! Francesca is very kind and easy to speak to. Maintenance is quick and also friendly. A company I would recommend!
