I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and the management is great! Things are always fixed fast if something is wrong in the apartment which is rare really, the neighbors are great everybody is really nice and it’s super affordable! Especially in today’s economy lol
They keep good care of their spaces and their team is swift to respond to issues in the building and things such as missing keys. Parking isn’t always guaranteed but if you’re a student it’s not a huge concern.
I’ve rented for many years, and renting through PRP has been great compared to other landlords I’ve had! Francesca is very kind and easy to speak to. Maintenance is quick and also friendly. A company I would recommend!
Prp Management has to the best leasing around here. They are fast and efficient with tenant assistance, and very respectful. I appreciate and recommend their buisness to anyone!
The management team is friendly and accommodating The apartments are very spacious and have nice furnishings Residents are quiet and respectfull
