I tried to get a hold of them regarding a rent issue and all the phone number that's listed for them either goes to a different business or to a person's voicemail. The building on Google maps that is supposed to be the office for a company that manages several properties looks really sketchy to me. Nothing but five star reviews in the comments. All of this adds up to too many red flags with this company.
I have been renting though PRP Management for the past three years and plan to stay longer and have had an amazing experience. As an EMU student they are extremely accommodating with my busy schedule. Anytime we have had any problem with appliances or anything, maintenance is willing to come that day and fix it with no problem. This has truly been one of the best companies I have rented from!

I've leased with a variety of companies throughout the Ann Arbor and Ypsi area and PRP has been the best experience I've had so far. If you're looking for a communicative and fair leasing company, they are a great choice!
Been living here for about six months now. Management and maintenance are quick to fix minimal issues. Affordable prices. Other tenants are quite peaceful and friendly. We recommend PRP to any student or couple starting out :)
