Mike is amazing - knee pads, utility belt, folding ladder - this guy takes his work seriously. He gets under and on top of the whole house. Mike knows what to look for and finds things other inspections didn't. He took the time to go over his concerns with us in person and his report was thorough with clear pictures of all findings. I really felt comforted knowing the property was inspected by a seasoned professional.
Mike is great. We hired PRP for a home inspection May '25 and we were extremely pleased with Mike's thoroughness in his inspection and his patience in explaining his (unfortunately, numerous) findings. In short, he saved us from buying a money pit. So, our search continued, and we happily hired him again July '25. His upcoming schedule was busy and we had upcoming travel plans, so he agreed to come out on 90 minutes' notice (on a Sunday, no less) to fit us in. Mike was recommended to us by our realtor and did a great job. It was evident that he has a ton of experience and knew all the places to look for concerns and issues. He pointed out tons of safety issues, answered all questions during the inspection, and sent a detailed formal report the next day documenting everything that he found.
