Totally dishonest, complete rip-off. How can this place still be in business
Great establishment with professional staff. Tiffany the manager is easy to talk to. I have nothing but good to say about the Beachwood Hair Clinic
They are just plain crooks, stay OFF THEM! Please GOOGLE: "Beachwood Hair Clinic complaints" to see all the people that were RIPPED OFF!!! They will promise you results with money back guarantee but never honor it!
I tried to make an appointment with a groupon, which did not state anywhere that you had use all 6 treatments before the expiration, I was under the understanding that you had to start your treatment before the expiration date. I was spoken to in a condescending, disrespectful manner and hung up on. The manager is Tiffany, hopefully you do not have to deal with her.
If there was a zero rating, they would get it! Unprofessional staff, that don't know how to schedule appointments and the laser application itselt is a waste of money. Save yourself frustration and don't purchase any groupons as it will be a total waste!
