Very rude reception. One girl constantly talking bad on other patients loud enough for everyone to hear. I went in this morning and had a scan, upon arrival I was waiting to be seen by a receptionist to give my referral. In which I was ignored and told to continue sitting down. I was made to wait over 20 minutes even though there was a blonde lady sitting there talking poorly with her co workers. Overall this place definitely needs improvements! I would rather drive 4 hours than come back here. Do better.
PRP contacted me to make an appointment at Orange. Receptionist were helpful. Waiting time was short. Results were received the next day. The radiologist was very professional and polite. Highly recommend the Orange PRP.
PRP they're always on time, the staff are super helpful. Every other health service could learn a lot from these guys
