All the staff here are wonderful.
Extremely helpful staff
I am unable to access their services as they do not answer the phone. Have tried multiple times across multiple days and you are left on hold for long periods and then hung up on thereafter.
I was in CW region from Canberra for Christmas, and after a visit to ED Cowra needed an ultra sound then MRI over the Christmas/ NY week. On both occasions the very helpful + lovely reception staff gave me appts within 24 hours. Additionally the staff during my u/s and MRI were friendly, and even provided me with informative and professional information on what specialists are in the region [ in the even I needed it due to MRI findings].
