Sadly ProZone was acquired by Lee's AC, Heating & Cooling. Lee's is a large HVAC group out of California that uses predatory practices. They offer VERY low or even free "check-ups" that are designed to get into your home to scare and sell. They scare by telling you your system needs to be replaced. Just gross. Avoid like the plague.

You reached out to me on yelp. I thought you were a privately owned business & recommended by friends. NOT so much. You were bought out. The company came & did an inspection, the want to sell me the moon, but not give me a quote. Disappointed 😖 AC had a great inspection 2 years ago & is now struggling after your inspection

Originally a 5 star review ▪︎UPDATE▪︎ its been 4 years since I had a brand new AC unit installed that im still paying for and its already struggling. Cant run the dryer without the house becoming hot. If the sun is out it never reaches temperature. I tried contacting these guys that installed it and the company has been absorbed by another AC company that has zero information. Not sure that Prozone even exists anymore.
