You reached out to me on yelp. I thought you were a privately owned business & recommended by friends. NOT so much. You were bought out. The company came & did an inspection, the want to sell me the moon, but not give me a quote. Disappointed 😖 AC had a great inspection 2 years ago & is now struggling after your inspection
Originally a 5 star review ▪︎UPDATE▪︎ its been 4 years since I had a brand new AC unit installed that im still paying for and its already struggling. Cant run the dryer without the house becoming hot. If the sun is out it never reaches temperature. I tried contacting these guys that installed it and the company has been absorbed by another AC company that has zero information. Not sure that Prozone even exists anymore.
FYI: Prozone Air and Heating also goes by Lee's Air, plumbing and Heating. I initially called Prozone Air but Lee's Air showed up and upon terrible financing experience, I took the matter to BBB and their info indicates that Lee's Air also goes by Prozone. BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT FINANCING! I recently had a terrible experience with Lee’s Air in Las Vegas regarding the replacement of an HVAC system at my property, where my elderly and very ill parents (88 years old) live.
