We have been a client of Proxy for approximately 10 years. Jamie and his team are an extremely professional organization. Their attention to detail, timely communication and willingness to take on ad-hoc requests provide us with a much-appreciated service. After each visit, we are provided with a detailed report of their inspection and identification of potential issues allowing us timely resolution. We found Proxy about a year ago and had the good luck of getting assigned to Sean, who takes excellent care of our Asheville area home whenever we're away. He has caught issues that needed attention before they became bigger problems, and his suggestions are always well-reasoned and on point. We feel secure knowing that our home is in very capable hands when we're not in it!
Very happy with Proxy. Exceptionally talented team. Super responsive. Still overcoming Helene, but Proxy continues to keep an eye on our home and ensure the home, and its systems get their annual care.
