Be careful! We lived at Proxy 333 for 18 months and after leaving, spent three months chasing them up trying to get our bond back. They intentionally mislead us several times about them having sorted it out and when we finally received it back, they had deducted nearly half of the total amount without providing any documentation as to why - directly contravening the lease agreement. I would be extremely wary of living here or signing any documentation with them.
