Awesome food and drink. Shrimp, salmon, cuban chicken. All were favorites. Also had wine n cocktail n tea. Plantains were another amazing aspect. Caramelized plantains with cashew n dry fruits were amazing. Everything was well prepared n fine portion wise. Love the vibe there
We had an incredible date night at Proximo. The food is delicious and unique, and serving sizes are perfect. The atmosphere was amazing, and so was service. My husband and I came for a date night, and it was fancier than I was expecting (so keep that in mind). I had the cuban chicken, and my husband had the pork chop. I will be craving that meal until I get it again!
