I found Proximity Plumbing online and decided to contact them about a few plumbing issues. The response was very quick and the communication was excellent from the beginning - fixing a leak, installing a new tap and replacing the tempering valve. James arrived exactly on time, was polite, professional and explained everything was working perfectly before leaving. I’m really happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use Proximity Plumbing again. Highly recommended!
Thank you for sending Scott last Sunday to fix the water pipe I cut through. He showed up within 45 minutes and was really efficient. He didn’t care about being on the clock and just wanted the best result for me.
James particularly at Proximity is amazing. I had 3 issues in my bespoke apartment and James took the time to investigate and explain the missing temper valve on the hot water system could be the root cause of all of them. Initially there was a misunderstanding with my billing as the boys quoted me for the same job twice but once explained to the owner, not only did he refund the second payment, he also offered to add the missing temper valve at Proximity's cost which is very generous and unexpected. We are shocked by the positive reviews for Proximity and question their authenticity. After speaking with multiple local builders, we were warned about their aggressive sales tactics—something we unfortunately experienced firsthand. We had drainage issues in our ensuite and contacted Proximity. They came out and conducted jet blasting, acid treatment, and used an eel snake.
